Been up all night with d&v and can't keep water down. I'm terrified it's food poisoning of a bad kind and it will hurt the baby. I'm 22 weeks in and ate chicken out yesterday but it was properly cooked as I always check. GP is calling me back but no idea what they will say

I had this earlier in my pregnancy. I didn't have a fever, so they weren't really worried. They prescribed me an anti-nausea medicine, and I got better. It probably really is just normal run-of-the-mill food poisoning or stomach flu.

Thank you. Things are touch wood settling.

It's possible that it is something worse, so it is good that you called your GP. But it's most likely just normal food poisoning or stomach flu that won't affect your baby.
