Or both?!

I've felt pretty rotten this pregnancy, my previous 2 I had nausea but nothing to writ home about. This time, but more so in the last two weeks, I'm having palpitations, breathless when moving especially up stairs, headaches, absolutely exhausted, shivery, feeling kinda fuggy like everything's heavy - pretty much like I'm recovering from flu. It's been so bad I've been off work last week and I'm not going to be able to go in this week either. I had two hours up and about yesterday and spent the rest of the day in bed.

Is this a normal pregnancy thing?! I'm 8w. I guess I'm unsure because it's so different to previous ones. I also have fibromyalgia but again, it doesn't usually manifest like this.

I feel like a right dick going the GP and asking for a note because i'm pregnant :/

Have you had your blood pressure checked? If it's very low it can make you feel rotten.

Hi. Have you had your iron levels checked? I felt exhausted/ill all the time and when they were checked they were very low. Got some iron tablets from Dr. and felt much better. Just don't take with tea as it affects absorption. X

Iron and blood pressure are both absolutely fine, as is folate and b12, sorry forgot to mention. It does feel very like anaemia but I have my fbc done regularly and it's spot on.
