18+1 & spotting

Hello ladies..

Just looking for some quick advice or experiences from any of you.. I'v been spotting for about a week now - no cramps. I also suspect I'v got thrush for which I have a doc app tomorrow. But I'm just curious as to why I would be spotting. Anyone??

Irritation to the cervix possibly? There's a lot more blood down there at the moment, so an infection could be enough to irritate it and cause spotting.

Hmm, well I have a doc app tomorrow afternoon so I'll mention this as a possibility. It is a little sore down there, esp when anything rub towards it or when I wipe.

Thanks for commenting. Hopefully all will be minor. I hope doc has a doppler to listen to heartbeat tomorrow for reassurance; I'm well anxious.

How did the appointment go?
