Gaviscon trumps Rennies!

Agreed
I used rennies and was eating them
By the bucket load, then I got gaviscon! Smile

What kind of indigestion do you mean? If you mean heartburn and stuff repeating on you, get yourself some ranitidine, it beats the fuck outta tums and gaviscon. If that doesn't cut it, I've now got 20mg omezaprole and can sleep lying down for the first time in weeks. It's WONDERFUL. Proton pump inhibitors are my new god.

I found gaviscon worked but it had to be the liquid stuff, not the tablets. Tastes disgusting though!

Yeah I brought some gaviscon but it nearly made me vom so I went on to the Rennies tablets. The kind of indigestion like burping, feeling like trapped burps, uncomfortable... mainly in the evening really

Omeprazole from the GP very good (though you can buy Ranitidine over the counter at a half-dose which might work for you - its 'Zantac').

Also try having a cup or two of peppermint tea before and after your dinner to help you pass the trapped wind. Really works - though not pleasant ;)
