Nursery furniture stress!!

We chose and ordered our nursery furniture last week from littlewoods to be delivered today. Delivery van arrives, with one box containing half a wardrobe and that was all they had! Rang littlewoods and all they can suggest is sending it back, waiting 2 weeks for the money to be recredited to my account and then reordering. So I wouldn't get the furniture until the end of the month!! I told them they can have their half a wardrobe back and I'll go elsewhere to get it!

I'm not normally one for complaining but this really made me angry! Now to start the search again :(

Bad service sucks! I've had a problem recently with a large online clothing company. I asked for an exchange of size but they refunded instead. When I complained they suggested reordering in the correct size. However, I bought the items when it was on offer so by reordering I'd have to pay £25 instead of the £8 they'd originally cost me. The company wouldn't sell it to me for £8 despite admiting their mistake over refunding instead of exchanging then had the cheek to ask why I wanted to delete my account with them (!)

That is ridiculous no wonder nobody buys anything from shittlewoods any more.

That's terrible service! Safe to say I won't be ordering from littlewoods again. We only did it through them as I have an account and we could pay a bit off each month rather than upfront.

Rubbish service!

I would recommend Amazon! My baby brain meant I accidentally ordered two cots (we aren't having twins!). I realised too late to cancel it, I refused delivery so it was sent back and I'm getting a full refund. Not bad considering it was my mistake and I wasn't left with a heavy cot to sort out the return on. Also some of their nursery furniture is way cheaper than you find in the shops and we are impressed with the cot so far.
