Please help me make a decision. I really wanted to use a co-sleeping crib like the Snuzpod but I've found out that you can't use a movement monitor with them if they are attached/close to the bed.

I know people on here have said they used them together but when I emailed them they have said there needs to be at least 30cm between the crib and the bed otherwise it will pick up my movements and not work.

Now I REALLY want the Snuzpod. But I am also a massive worrier and really want to use the monitor just for my own sanity. What do people think I should do? Just use a cot/moses basket instead?

I had Fabimax co-sleeper and Angelcare, and it worked perfectly fine - alarm started screeching every time I lifted the baby out and forgot to switch it off.
The co-sleeper was attached to the bed and not the mattress, I don't breathe so heavily that I would actually shake the entire bed frame.

Hazlenutt that's what I thought! I was surprised they told me it needs to be 30cm as that's quite a way away!

they're probably just worried you'll sue them. In real life, works fine.
