3 weeks

So my period is due in a week. After the years of trying to conceive I've loooong given up getting my hopes up and disappointing myself every month. If this month I was to be pregnant I would be around 3 weeks atm and have been suffering indegestion, loss of appetite (I've lost 6lb in the past week or so) and nausea. Is anyone else in the same boat? Have you experience the same thing and been pregnant? Or how did you feel at 3 weeks. Thanks in advance!

Hi Christine - I got a BFP 2 days before my period was due and the reason I tested was that I had really sore boobs for a week before - so I guess at 3 weeks I would have had sore boobs for 2 days. But then I have had no symptoms at all yet apart from the boobs and I am 18 weeks. Everyone gets different signs though - keeping fingers crossed for you!

I've had quite bad cramps tonight..they've died down a bit now but still definitely there! Thank you batfish!

I didn't have any symptoms before my BFP. I took a test the day my period was due because we were trying and got a negative. A week later I still had no period, tested again, and got a positive. My first symptoms were a few days later - extreme tiredness.

At that stage I had an upset stomach for must of a week and spent it running to the loo! Strong smells also made me gag. Then nothing for about 10 days then... Bam...overwhelming nausea and vomiting for the rest of the pregnancy.

My early pregnancy signs (4 pregnancies, lost 2 very early and two healthy babies).

All were slightly different but always had these in common.

Sore boobs
Nausea
Went off chicken and alcohol
Very tired
Cramps like af was on the way

With dd1 I had implantation spotting at 10dpo and a very strong sense of smell. With dd2 I had no spotting but terrible tiredness.

Really hope this is it for you. I know how hard it is to wait every month and long for those two lines.

Ps I usually started symptoms around 9dpo onwards. With dd1 I also had very sensitive teeth but not with dd2.

I knew at 3 weeks because had sickness, but didn't really believe it until bfp a week later. Relax and wait a week. Good luck xx

I had signs around then, mega big sore boobs. So painful every step I took hurt. I also had shed loads of creamy cm. I was exhausted and at 3 weeks in had the tiniest bit of brown cm. I tested positive 4 days before my period. I was amazed how early I had symptoms this time.

I don't think I've ever lost my appetite before. After my laparoscopy I was hobbling down stairs to get to food this is definitely new!

Thought I'd eat something light so had some Tuna on cracker bread..I don't feel particularly sick atm but the diarrhea that's followed since has not been pleasant!
