Hi all,
It's gonna be a bit lengthy, but I'd very much appreciate your patience and advice :-)
Last week we got back from Egyptian holidays, during which we all (my partner, 5yo daughter and myself) got some form of a stomach bug - cramps, urgent and frequent toilet visits and so on. Daughter ended up vomiting (I know of some other guests having the same problem) and 'pee-pooping'... Half way through the holiday (which just happened to be beginning of my 6th week) I started feeling nauseous - mealtimes turned into a dreadful experience, the mere idea of food or drink... I was lucky enough to experience none of the stomach issues in my previous pregnancy and this felt really alien.
Few days after getting back home I had a definite stomach bug symptoms - with projectile upper and lower exits. It only lasted one night, but the rest of the crappy feeling is still there (nearly 3 weeks in total now).
I have heartburn, feel sick but do not vomit, feel slightly feverish with each onset of nausea, I am gassy (unusual for me), hungry but put off the idea of eating at the same time, occasionally stomach-crampy. On top of that I could literally sleep all day (I used to run on coffee, now I get major heartburn after one sip).
On top of my list of complaints I am an Open Uni student with a couple of extremely important exams looming in the near future, perhaps I'm mollycoddling myself, but find it near impossible to study now :-(
Does this sound like pregnancy stuff to you, more experienced ladies? Shall I just put up with it and wait for the improvement?

It sounds like a bit of both!

The vomiting and runs sound like upset tummy from holiday.

The gassy, heartburn, tired and hungry-but-not-wanting to eat bit sounds like pregnancy

Go to the GP and get a sample tested, you may have a tricky bug from Egypt that needs sorting out.
