Hey this month I have missed a few pills and yesterday I started spotting with pink blood, have had some pains also extremely tired and feeling sick. It's not heavy it's just brown now when I wipe sorry for tmi. I'm just worried as I had a mmc last November and even tho it would be a blessing to be pregnant I don't want a mc to happen again

I think missing the pills has confused your body and poss shortened this cycle for you.

Ofc you could be pregnant as your contraception has been compromised . But you'll need to test in a week or two to know thst x

Sounds like breakthrough bleeding to me. What do the instructions for your pill say to do if you miss them? Follow that advice.
