Stretch and sweep

Had a stretch and sweep today, was apparently 1cm dilated and I found it incredibly painful and now concerned about how painful actually getting the baby out will be if I found that so bad

Stretch and sweeps do hurt! I only had them during early labour when the mw said she was seeing how far along it was and "just did a stretch and sweep" whilst she was there .
