Cramping pain- am I worried for nothing?

Morning
I'm 33 + 4 and have been developing some cramping pains above my belly button across my stomach today and yesterday. Yesterday it lasted on/off for around an hour and today I have had them since they woke me up at 6. It feels like a slight cramp that gets worse then eases again so lasts less than a minute. Baby seems to be moving fine and they aren't really painful but I'm aware of them.
I've not had any leaking or anything along those lines so I'm just wondering if it's BH? Has anyone had this before?

Sounds like it could be Braxton-Hicks. Can you feel if your bump gets hard during the cramping? I usually feel it most towards the top of my uterus, and quite often it goes a weird shape too. They are worse on a full bladder, especially if I'm lying down flat.

Yeah my bump gets hard to touch but not a tight feeling. They aren't as bad now but I got a fright this morning! First good sleep I've had in months as well!
