I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I currently keep getting a pain in my lower back on and off has anyone experienced this before and still had a healthy pregnancy?

I had serious lower back pain (needed pain killers which I rarely take) at 5 weeks. I'm now 18 weeks and being kicked regularly so I'm assuming it wasn't a problem!
Congratulations BTW!
Make sure you join your antenatal chat group on here. It was a lifesaver for me and stopped me stressing when everyone else kept saying "me too!"

So glad to see this. I'm five weeks and haven't really felt pregnant. I have felt gassy, bloated and nagging lower back pain which has made me nervous because of my mc last month. However this morning I woke up and no lower back pain, wondering if it's gone. Struggling to stay positive.

Hopefully my back pain disappears next week then! Sorry about you mc littlebbunny :( stay positive I'm sure you will be fine it is worrying tho I'm glad other people are experiencing this lower back ache I've had no sickness either just boobs sore tired and dizzy then this horrid back pain :/

Yes!!! In fact I would say this is my main symptom, I'm 4 weeks 3 days and the pelvis cramping I had before getting my BFP on Monday seems to have reduced significantly, so assuming that was to do with implantation? Nipples are still slightly sensitive but only to touch, other than that the only symptom I'm getting is the lower back pain! Are you prone to back pain? I have been for years and really injured a muscle in my lower back last year and I think it might be because I'm prone anyway?

In my last pregnancy I had really bad back pain and in labour it was all in my back since then before my period is due I always get really bad back pain I think that's why I'm worried but I'm definitely pregnant lol
