What does +(insert number) mean?

I'm a newbie and I keep seeing people refer to how pregnant they are as 3+2 for example. What does the plus number mean? Just curious.

Days.
So three weeks and two days.

days. 3+2 means 3 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
