It doesn't say so but assume it would be no? It's very annoying when they don't say!

Very annoying they don't say, yup. The Longley Farm stuff says it is (and Sainsbo's sell that). I can't honestly imagine anything so commercial is not pasteurised, I'd've thought it's only the more niche, posh, aged in a cave and sung to by dancing nuns stuff that isn't Grin

I'm now off for some crispbreads with cottage cheese...slurp!

Yes - anything unpasteurised has to be very clearly labelled.
