Exhausted in early pregnancy so much so I'm too tired to lift my head

I feel so exhausted I'm too tired to get up, eat-my insides are aching as well as awful nausea. I'm taking iron and b vits but I'm still so depleted it's really getting me down. I'm only 5+2 weeks :( this is my 4th pregnancy and worse than others.
Does anyone else feel like this or have advice?

Yes. Me.

I had to take 15 days sick leave,
Had to stop teaching in the middle of a lecture and lie down in front of the students on an empty bench,
Had to lie on the floor of my toilet crying for my husband not to go to work because I couldn't lift my head.

You are not alone. Believe me when I say it will get better. Weeks 6 and 7 for me were those dreadful weeks, I was weeping out of fatigue, was signed off work and ought my life was over.

13 weeks now and have entered the new world of leg and pelvic ache so bad that I ran a bath at 3:30 am last night.

My early tiredness went after about four weeks and is back again now at 29 weeks, falling asleep on the bus home from work daily Confused

I feel your pain!! I could literally have cried with exhaustion between 5 and 8 weeks. But now at 9+4 I'm starting to feel more back to normal again. Once the placenta starts to get to work it'll all start to fade away. Go to bed as soon as you can and sleep as late as you can and grab sleep whenever you can in the day. Eating often and taking walks outside helped me a little bit too. Xxx

I'm hearing you, I'm 8 +3 and it is slowly getting better. I'm still napping at any possible opportunity but I'm just going to bed really really to combat it. focus that sounds absolutely horrific!

I was like this too...it's crushing.

I should have allowed them to sign me off but my boss is a grade a arse who doesn't believe in time of.... :( I too have ended up on the floor of my office. Not fun.

I'm not sure how I got through it, other than resting as much as I could and nibbling when possible. It will pass, but it's awful while you're going through it. Maybe get Dh to look after the kids in the evenings and get yourself to bed early as you can?
