I'm 9.5 weeks preg. 3rd child and over the last 2 days I've noticed an increasing ache high up in my vagina. Anyone else had this so early on? It doesn't feel like my cervix , but is specifically down the right side of my vaginal wall ( eugh ) what could it be? No discharge or smell or anything so doubt it's an infection.

I will be 22 weeks on Wednesday, I have this pain in my vigina some times is like someone is stabbing me down there .

I saw my consultant at 20 weeks and she said these pains are common especially after the first pregnancy and if you had a previous c section she said it's because the muscles down there are not strong enough meaning all the weight of the baby, placenta and fluid is pushing down .

Anyway she advised me to buy a bump support belt . Basically you are not alone I got this pain early on and I always thought that it's bse I fell pregnant when my dd was just 18 months so it I think my muscles were still weak and she was c section having said that ladies fall pregnant soon after c section and not all get this pain

I don't sleep well it's so painfull to even turn around in bed I feel like my vigina is Beeing ripped apart

But what's bothering me is the consultant still thinks I can try a viginal birth this time round with all this pain
