Prickly aching feeling in pubic area - does anyone else have this?

That's it really! When I wake up, I notice a painful prickly sensation, but it kind of feels like an ache. It's not in my vagina or vulva - higher up than that but still in the area that you'd have pubic hair. I've described it as feeling like it's in my pubic bone, but don't know what this area's actually called. It stops after a while of getting up and moving around. Does anyone else have this or know what it might be? I'm currently 14 weeks and don't remember experiencing this with my last pregnancy.

It may be the ligaments at the front of your pelvis stretching, I've had aches in the pelvis and groin area since around then.
Might be aggrevating it overnight by the position you sleep in, try a pillow between your legs and see if it helps.
