Maternity certificate

I have yet to see a midwife she due next week, and I'm getting through quite a few prescriptions (anti sickness tabs, laxido and gaviscon) as I'm suffering with severe morning sickness. I just wondered when I will be entitled to a maternity certificate??

As soon as you are pregnant. The midwife can give you a form. I believe if you kept you receipts you can claim what you have spent back.
