Braxton hicks only at night

Hi ladies,

I am 29&2 and been having period type pains with some tightening at around the same time every night. I pressume these are braxton hicks? They are making me slightly nervous about labour as they are quite painful!

It sounds like BH to me. I am 39 weeks but have been getting them quite badly since about 30 weeks. They are always stronger and more frequent in the evenings. I've no idea why! I don't think it's anything for you to worry about but I can sympathise.
