Really interested in this gender guessing from skull or nub theory but I'm at a loss how to read the scans. Can anyone guess the gender of my second please?

Hi i know this post has been quiet for a while but could i ask for a few opinions.
I have only recently researched the nub theory. Really curious to find out what im having even though as long as they are healthy its the only important factor.
Can anyone help me out i dont understand nub directions etc.
Any opinions are very welcome
