I know it's not labour pains but what the bloody hell is it???

Left hand side of my bump, about 2-3 inches from my belly button, really really tender to touch.
Feels almost as if theres a cut there, or a burn but there isn't.

It's not a pain thats inside IYSWIM, more surface pain or just under the skin.

The only way I don't have the pain is if I literally do nothing. Any kind of movement makes it hurt.

What can it be??

Sharp little elbow?

Try a warm bath in case that helps.

There are threads on this kind of pain LTH and I remember it as well. Does it feel like a really tender bruise?

deffo not an elbow, It been painful all day today and yesterday.

I'm not worried as such, it's just irritating me because it's sooooo tender.
