Anyone found out they were pregnant with no symptoms?

With my DC1 I knew I was pregnant before I did a test (sore boobs, lightheaded, tired). Has anyone found out they were pregnant when they had no symptoms at all? Or did everyone 'know'?

Yes! No symptoms at all just had a weird feeling to do a test one day, it came back positive. I was 8 weeks with no idea!

I had just gotten the implant out in September and we started trying right away. Had my period roughly 26 days after that (which was not expecting) and then November 5th I took a test.. I don't know why I did the test, I didn't think I would be pregnant so soon, but the test was there screaming at me to pee on it so I did and was positive :)

Yes, I had this with my current pregnancy. I was very, very worried about it as I just knew I was pregnant with my last two. I'd started taking the pill again earlier in the week because we'd been trying to conceive for a while and nothing had happened. Just decided to do a test out of boredom because I had so many of them lying around and was in total shock when it came back positive. Kept worrying that I'd already had a miscarriage and that was why I didn't feel pregnant, not helped by the fact that I've had bleeding on and off since I found out. But pregnancy symptoms started up within a few weeks and all is fine ??

I was 5 days late and just had period type cramps, so kept waiting for my period to come. It didn't. No other symptoms before I tested though.

Yes - I was not actively trying to get pregnant (not actively avoiding it but DH much keener than I was Grin), I was in my early 40s so practically menopausal - got to 10 weeks without knowing and drinking all the time Grin. Had recently stopped using the Pill so periods were not regular.

I got over 30'weeks without knowing. So yes! Grin

I realised by 3.5 weeks, via the pleasant notification of extreme vomiting....

However, I do have a friend who found out at 25 weeks, so yes, it's entirely possible. Mind boggling for those of us who suffer from the start, but the human body is a strange and wonderful thing :)

A good friend of mine got pregnant recently and said she had no idea - she had no symptoms whatsoever. Unfortunately for her, she found out just after the christmas season, so she was a bit worried about all the forbidden foods and drinks she had had!!!

I always thought a symptomless pregnancy would be awesome (no sore boobs! no morning sickness!) but she says it's been a source of worry for her, as she didn't actually believe she was pregnant until she saw the scan. And even after that she was like "shouldn't I be feeling different by now?"

I know someone else who got to eight months without realising they were pregnant. They regularly spotted throughout the pregnancy and assumed their periods had gone haywire!!

Very possible! My SIL didn't know till a 7lb 6 baby girl popped out. They thought her appendix had burst at first as she was a bit of pain. She was only 17 at the time, so a massive surprise. She's 3 next month, and her and my brother have been fantastic.

Me on the other hand, 12 + 6 and the only symptom i haven't had is sore boobs and Heartburn..... Still time i guess Hmm

Enjoy! Grin

Yep, only knew because of the test. Very nerve wracking tbh, I didn't feel any different and just kept doubting it. I've also got one friend who found out at 6 months, and another who found out at 8.5 months, after several negative tests, when she was sent for an ultrasound for abdominal pain...

Yes both times, symptoms only kicked in with my first about 14w and with this one when I was 7w
