Hello :)

I'm 13 weeks and getting headaches the past couple of afternoons, did anyone else get these and know the best thing I'm allowed to take?

Thanks!

Paracetamol or cocodamol I was told.. I have them all day everyday. Hope they ease for you. X

Take paracetamol and keep yourself hydrated. I struggled with headaches throughout my first pregnancy and have them again second time round.

I had awful headaches at the start of the second trimester only thing you can take Is paracetamol and drink lots. It lasted about 3 weeks then stopped I didn't have another headache until after I have birth.

I had lots of headaches at the end of my first trimester and very beginning of the second. I found that they tended to be around my forehead so very annoying whilst trying to concentrate at work!

I found that taking paracetamol and drinking lots of water helped. Also sometimes you just need to rest your head or close your eyes for 15 minutes.

A heat pad works for me as in my case they are tension headaches. I lie down and put the pad on my forehead and over my temples for 15 minutes or so.

I had them in my first trimester and found that forehead stick worked quite well as well as those gel patches.

my MW recommended 4head, the little roll on stick for headaches. it's was a lifesaver for me, really took the edge off them Smile
