Hi
So I posted a thread last week as had spotting that looked very much like implantation bleeding on cd18 and some mild period like cramps on cd19 and cd20 and feeling of pressure in tummy until around cd24 as well as the usual symptoms like sore boobs a few bouts of nasuea urge to pee often ect.

On CD 27 of ( usually) a 28 day cycle. I have ovulated early on previous two cycles so AF turnt up on cd27 in feb and cd26 in march. This month I ovulated on cd12. I have looked back over my cycles and found I start AF exactly 15 days from the day I get ovulation pain . its 16 days today I had ovulation pain. Oddly my boobs seemed to have calmed down I am not bloated like I usually am just before I start and it doesn't look / feel like AF is on her way anytime soon usally have some spotting just before I start.

I have taken 4 tests 2 i.c style dip strip ones from poundshop and two tesco ones. Did the dip one followed by a tesco one with same sample on Friday (cd23) thought I could see a line on tesco one sent a pic to a friend for opinion they couldn't see a line so put it down to eyes playing tricks on me and hopeful thinking .it wasn't with FMU so the next morning (cd24) did another again thought I could see something I dismissed it.

As feeling of AF starting are absent have done the other dip test and thought I could see something but took it as negative can see a faint faint line now it has dried so over 10 mins and I can see two pencil thin pink lines on the tesco ones but can't get excited as they were done days ago. So have to take them all as evaps I guess?

Still can't help feel that I am pregnant.

P.s pregnant once before which unfortunately ended in chemical pregnancy. Had got faint faint lines on I.c tests which nagged at me confirmed bfp with boots own brand early digi test.

Xxxx

Evap lines often appear after about 10 minutes, so I wouldn't count on those. The only good advice I can give you is to test again in a couple of days.

I would wait a couple of days before doing another one. I had my first line, in the evening, on an internet cheapie and I think I was 12dpo, but some people don't show up until they're past their period due date.

An evap line would be more grey/faint than pink I'd imagine.

The cheap superdrug tests are quite good too.

Hi
Thankyou for your replys It wasn't on the day but after 10 mins i could see the lines but few days later where i thought i could see them when i had just done them but i won't rely on them . just had an odd feeling. Last time I got a bfp i had taken a I.c at 10,11 and 12 dpo I had disregareded the first two on 10&11 dpo . on 12dpo I got the faintest shadow of a line I tested later that morning and the line was still a shadow but defiantly more visible . I compared with the previous two and could see an even fainter shadow line on the 11dpo one after all.

I have heard good things about the super drug tests but have also heard of cases of evap lines. I suppose I run a risk with any test . the lines on the tesco ones are faint pink but very very thin like an indentation. Can't get out to buy another test at the moment.

Will just have to see what happens today thanks again for replys xx
