Not that is really matters but I am 13 weeks today and thought that was the start of 2nd trimester but my pregnancy app is telling me I am still in 1st.
Also have put on 4 lbs already (eat all the time to cope with nausia stillBlush) and as far as I understand this is most I should gain in 1st trimester. Thank you!!

I think it's from 14 weeks so not long!

Seriously, don't stress about whether you gain another pound or not this week! As long as you don't put on a stone you'll be fine, these are just guidelines.

Yes - you are right! Thanks!

Hi g0ldie

I was wondering this as I'm 13+3 so I'm glad you've asked! Also I've put on 4lbs too and felt bad about it but I read online that most people put on 1-5lbs during frost trimester so it's normal!

Hi Lauren, congratulations! With my son I put on the max throughout pregnancy!! With total gain of a bit over 2.5 stone want to try to not to go over this!! It's just hard when food is all that helps the nausia! But guess that's just your body's way of getting you to have what it needs! I am looking forward to the hopefully calm second trimester!
