I'm 17+5 from about 1. Pm today I've felt really funny bad head ache going dissy feeling sick ,high temp it just come on all of a sudden

Yes. How's your vision? Probably just a bug but phone the number on your notes-I'd phone the unit today.

Yes, I would. Headache and a sudden onset fever warrants a call. Probably nothing to worry about but better safe than sorry, especially if it came on fast.

I'd call the midwife triage team and see what they suggest.
