how old were your little ones when you introduced baby food? How much a day would they have etc? I would like to hear from as many mommys as possible please!

We skipped purees, and just introduced finger/table foods from six months onwards.

I did baby led weaning with both mine. Both exclusively breastfed until six months and then straight onto food, no purée at all.
