I have a previous post on here about whether it is too early to see the heartbeat. Had an early scan yesterday as was unsure on dates.. My last period was 10th feb (abnormal) I was expecting to Be 8/9 weeks or it would have been further gone like 13 weeks due to abnormal period. Heart of hearts I was expecting the earlier. However, they could see a sac measuring 30mm but could only see a 'node' measuring 3mm and couldn't see a heartbeat so have to go back on the 27th. They didn't explain anything else other than it could be too early. Anyone have any ideas? Only thing playing on my mind is I took a clear blue digital test once I had a positive test 5 weeks ago and it came up 2-3 weeks. How reliable have people found these??
