Perineal Massage

Hello everyone!

I was just wondering whether anyone had any experience of preineal massage? I'd be grateful for any tips on technique, types of oil to use etc.

i was advised to use almond oil,( i think!) just massaged it oin gently and aftger having masses of stiches with previos deliveries, deliverd my dd with out a single stitch!
