Why oh why is MS getting worse at 21 weeks

I have been waiting for improvement for three months and apart from one half day when I felt like a human being I am still too sick to function normally. In the last couple of weeks it seemed like I wad getting better ever so slowly, and now I'm worse, more vomiting, can barely move. I have ben signed off work since early January and I'm desperate to get back to normal. I'm losing my mind. I've had all the drugs but they don't seem to help much. Has anyone had this? Is there any hope it will pass before the baby arrives? How am I going to cope with a baby after 8 months of barely moving?! Help!

It's rubbish, you have my sympathy. I had this with my 1st, I was so excited to have the sickness end at 12 weeks but it didn't. It did ease at around the early 20 something weeks, I remember it being around scan time.

Thanks. I thought I'd get some respite at 20 weeks but no such luck so far. I just don't understand how all these pregnant women just carry on with their normal lives when some of us have to suffer so much :( I'm losing hope of going back to work at all

It's just luck I think. My first pregnancy was horrendous, sickness, anaemia, GBS positive, bleeding, UTIs, and placenta praevia. My current one has been ok so far - I was braced for another awful time (although early days so mustn't jinx it)

I hope it stays ok for you. I'm sure I'll never have the strength to do this again :(
