Light bleeding and cramps 12 weeks gone, scan on friday

Hi I'm 12 weeks pregnant and have my dating scan booked on Friday. This morning when I wiped I noticed light red (small amount) of blood and same again when I have just been, slight cramps but if there was no blood I wouldn't be concerned about the cramps they are mild. Not sure what to do? do I phone EPU or just wait until Friday

I would phone as they will probably be able to bring forward the scan and put your mind at rest. Good luck, hope all is ok.
