Am 10+4 and have been taking pregnacare the whole time but am wondering if it is making me feel worse?
Have a constant feeling of sickness and no appetite but not sure if it's the pregnancy or the vitamins!
What could I take instead? Would just folic acid be ok?

Don't take vitamin A unless advised as it can cause birth defects. Folic acid and vitamin D are recommended with others being optional depending on the the mother and baby (some may need iron and others may not)

what time of the day are you taking it? In the first trimester if I took it in the morning I threw up so had to take it in the evening.
