I'm in full flow of first tri all day nausea and morning and evening sickness. It's worse when I'm tired and nothing helps but sleep, but sometimes all that helps is to eat!

Off the menu is-
All meat
Butter- I used to love hot buttered toast
Hot drinks including tea coffee and fruit teas
cake!
Chocolate

Getting me through-
Pom bear crisps
Pringles
Cheese spread- dairylea etc
Brown bread
Red grapes
Tuna
Salmon
cheese mixed in with ready rice
Fruit pastilles
still lemonade
mashed potato and cheese

What's on your lists?

I've gone off milk completely & meat is off the menu too.

I'm eating small meals - smoothies, soup & scrambled egg through the day and snacking on Ritz crackers, babybel & ice lollies inbetween. I've lost 3lbs this week & DH is moaning I need to eat more but just the thought of being full makes me feel queasy.

6 weeks (I think) and absolutely exhausted. No sickness as such yet but I've completely gone off tea with milk (can just about drink it black) which is weird as I'm a tea monster normally. I also can't stomach butter now. Anything greasy makes me not want to eat it. Toast is eaten dry (gross but I can't handle anything else).

Despite my aversion to milk in my tea I can drink a pint of milk, something I've not done since I was a kid. And love yogurts. Salt and vinegar crisps are a winner too.

I'm seeing a pattern in these posts Grin

Oh and cuppa soups! They are a must when suffering with terrible sickness. It's hard to take the first sip but once you start it really does get easier and made me feel better for a few hours afterwards! Maybe because it's very light but fills the gap and hunger. I only have the chicken and and vegetable flavour though Grin

Similar to others -

OFF
chocolate
tea / coffee

LOVING
natural yoghurt, granola and berry pot from Starbucks
sausage sandwiches
ham
cheese
salt and vinegar anything
mcdonalds chips

Trying to even it out with light exercise on the days when I'm not sleeping 12 hours!

Completely worth it and loving the nausea during first trimester as we were trying for 18 months so it's a constant beautiful reminder we eventually got there!!!Smile Smile
