Hi all, I sleep just in knickers usually, no bra, however this may now change! I woke up this morning to small patches on the duvet and sheet and a crusty right boob. Google assures me this is normal but I was entirely unprepared for it this early. After it starts will it happen all the time? I am going to go out and buy some breast pads today. Does anyone have any recommendations?
