Morning sickness gone and cramping?

I never exactly had morning sickness...I would get sick about halfway through the day and it would feel horrible. Nausea mostly. No vomit. Could hardly eat a thing. This started around 3 wks. Now I'm about 7 wks. along and I haven't felt nauseous for 4 days and I've had some bad cramps very low in my abdomen off and on. No bleeding or anything, and I still hardly have an appetite.

Abdominal cramping is normal. Its your womb growing. Up until 12 weeks you will probably always feel like your periods are about to come on. It is also normal to go off food. Just try and eat little light snacks and you will find you will start to eat normally again soon

The exact same thing happened to me. I've never been sick during pregnancy just had a few weeks where I are hardly anything and felt nauseous. I think it went away at around 7+5/8 weeks and hasn't come back and I'm now 12 weeks and I have a healthy wiggly baby in there.

Also the cramping is totally normal, at my midwife appointment she said it happens to everyone and it's just everything stretching and moving.

Congrats and good luck with everything :)
