Negative pregnancy test but symptoms

Hello, was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it is recommended to go to docs?
Came off the implant 2 months ago due to wanting to give my body a break from all the hormones since it was sending me a bit loopy and have been using condoms since. However condom has split a few times during sex, usually feel it popping and immediately stop and replace it but several times we haven't felt it and has resulted in partner unknowingly finishing inside of me.
My period was due 10 days ago and the last time the condom split was 4 weeks ago. Have been having cramps and sore boobs for 2 weeks but no sign of period? boobs are becoming so sore i'm having to try and not cry, bending over is extremely painful and touching/knocking them is just a no go. Have also been very tired. Have taken pregnancy test but it says negative?
Should I go to docs for blood test? Has anyone else experienced false symptoms/false results on a test?
Help is very appreciated xxx

It could be just the hormones leaving your system still. If you are concerned see your GP and they will advise further.

Perhaps change your brand of condom too, the failure rate should not be that high!

It would be odd to get a negative when your period is that late. Sometimes the more you obsess the more you delay your period i've found. The stress of being unsure might be making it late. My guess is you're not Pg. Best thing is to try and relax (easier said than done I know!)

Those condoms sound dodgy, get some decent ones!

Not likely you are pregnant if the test is still negative this late on, sounds like a delayed period, especially with the hormones and crying.

See your GP for a blood test just in case, they may also give you something to stimulate a period.
