Grrr! After Chelsea and Westminster c0cked up my first scan appointment, they have excelled themselves today - got home to 3 letters, all in different envelopes.

1 - dated mid march, mw has referred you to dietician, please make appointment within 14 days (news to me)

2 - dated early April, mw has referred you to dietician, please make appointment within 7 days (news to me)

3 - dated Friday, as you don't want to attend, we're referring you back to your GP (news to me)

For goodness sake!! It really worries me that if they can get all these admin things wrong, they will get really important things like the blood tests and screening results wrong.....

Assuming you haven't moved recently or you've had other post go to an incorrect address (who have just brought it all round in one go) that is p* poor even by nhs standards. I'd go to the PALS office next time you're at the hospital and raise it with them.

thank you, that's a good suggestion. it's just really worried me because now i feel like i have no confidence in the really important stuff, if they can't even post letters out on time!
