32+4 and my nipples are absolute agony whenever they get even slightly cold - feel like they have been set on fire. I'm guessing this is normal - any suggested remedies?

I also get this (16+4). I have looked it up and think it is something called vasospasm. Unfortunately seems to be nothing to prevent it other than try not to get cold Shock!

I've noticed this for the first time today at 33+2. It's agony isn't it! I recommend staying warm in that region!

I've had this and it's awful, nearly had me in tears a few times. I posted on here about it a few weeks back and someone recommended the mama mio nipple rub. It does the trick!! Grin It's quite expensive for the size of the tub but you don't use much. I totally recommend it.

Mine are like that at 13+1. I want to cut them off :( If anything brushes them at all its like hot needles going through them Angry

I got a lightly padded nursing bra. It got rid of the problem of my nipples hurting if anything brushed against them.

I have this at 35wks too! It coincided with leakage, so maybe you have that on the way if you haven't already?

Not had sore boobs since 1st trimester, totally forgot what a pain it is!

I tried green people - organic babies - mum & baby rescue balm. It has organic hemp & calendula. It's amazing! Its my one must have product!
