I don't notice it at all but my partner says I snore horribly all night. At first he tried wakng me up, but I would just start up again, keeping him up. He then tried sleeping downstairs on the sofa, but can still hear me loudly enough that he is on the verge of missing work due to sleep deprivation! I don't know how to stop...do any non snoring devices actually work? Please help!

I used to make my husband wear breathe right strips on his nose, worked really well on him

I've been snoring since 8 weeks (26.5 Now) and hubby used to move to spare room on occasions to get good night's sleep when it was bad. I've tried olbas oil on pillow etc to help stuffy dry nose. I don't have any real problem just can tell my nose is drier than normal. Wink

but... he bought some good ear plugs and that's doing OK he stays with me now Grin . he still says he hasn't slept properly for 20 odd weeks and moans the plugs make his ears hurt on occasions. but I never used to store so I can't help it! it's getting him (not me) ready for future sleep deprivation!!!
