rhesus negative & a fall

Hoping someone can help me answer this.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant & was outside playing with my toddler when our dog rushed past me & knocked me down, I fell completely on my back & hit my head - think I'm more stunned than anything.

I'm rhesus negative, do I need to head in to hospital - I don't think so but what does everyone else think?

My midwife said if a fall is bad enough to wind you, it needs attention. It's only you that can make the decision I'm afraid, but maybe call your midwife and check.

Ring the advice line, I did yesterday as dog winded me. I didn't have to go for anti d unless I had bleeding or cramping. I'm 24+6, not sure what the policy is for under 12 weeks. Hope your ok xx
