Nearly 25 weeks and my naughty puppy (King Charles cavalier, 5months) has jumped on my stomach 3 times today Angry the last time winding me!
He honestly gave no warning and just pounced on me!
I'm rh neg so rang advice line and they said I shouldn't need anti d unless I get bad pains or bleed. I've been resting all day due to braxton hicks and spd playing up (I posted yesterday about the pain),
Am just wanting to fast forward to july and have my baby....sorry just wanted a rant more than anything.

Poor you. Hope you are feeling better. The morning and the puppy behaves. Puppy classes for him? If it's any consolation, I have an energetic toddler and take the occasional blow to the tummy, I think we/baby are quite resilient and generally these things don't cause a problem.

Thank you that's what I was thinking, it must be fairly normal. Will be looking into something for him if he doesn't calm down, am hoping it was a one off as he's not usually like that.
Thank you for replying, wishing you well for the rest of your pregnancy xx

You wait until the baby's here! Sounds like you'll have your hands full with a new baby and a puppy. Smile

It's so scary when you don't know what's going on in there.
If it helps, my toddler was constantly jumping on my tummy in my second pregnancy and all was fine xx

Are you rh neg rosey? X
Believe it or not this is my 3rd baby so I shouldn't be as anxious. Oh yes hands are well and truely full. The baby will be a breeze compared to the puppy ha ha xx

Yep, my baby book says the bean is so well cushioned with all the fluid and strong muscles (and in my case fat stomach, sigh!) that it would need "a strong blunt trauma" to hurt the baby - I don't think a little puppy would do it!

Maybe he needs encouragement to jump somewhere else - treats on top of the coffee table maybe?!!

Awwww that's reassuring thank you. I'm hoping it was just a one off as he hadnt been walked. If not we'll be having dog stew ha ha xx
