Linea Nigra at 10 weeks?

I have a very faint but unmistakable brown line running down the middle of my stomach … Isnt it way too early to get the Linea Nigra though? I am only 10 weeks.

Not complaining … Its always nice to see a new pregnancy symptom and be reassured that all is ok (Specially since I havent been able to find the baby's heartbeat on my home doppler or had any scans yet) … Just wondering if anyone else had it this soon :)

I never had one, in any pregnancy.

Oh wow … Thats very interesting … So you can never really know with any pregnancy symptoms, can you? No wonder a lot of us think we are making our pregnancies up, until we have a first scan and see the baby :P …

Yes I had a very clear linea nigra at 10 weeks in my second pregnancy

I am in the early stage of my second trimester, but still don't have any such lines. But I found this site that says you may have the linea nigra line in the early weeks when carrying twins as the hormone levels are higher in multiple pregnancies . Maybe you are in for a double blessing. Good luck for your first checkup.
