Am 36 weeks & have been suffering from insomnia for a few weeks now. It's not that Junior is kicking - seems to be sleeping just fine at night for now! It's not that I am particularly uncomfortable or in any pain. I just lie there awake, generally from about 3-6 am then cant get up when the alarm goes at 7. Should I just lie there brain ticking over thinking "must sleep" or should I get up for a bit, get a drink or something?
