22 weeks & twitching uterus?

Pls help!! Throughout the day I have been experiencing twitching like spasms on the left lower side of my uterus and its really freaking me out. I have been the Mau earlier because of it & been checked out. Everything seems ok. It's definitely not Bby movements...the only way to explain it is Tht it feels similar to when ur eyelid spasms/twitches...only been having it quite frequently throughout the day...I am so scared Tht it maybe oncoming pre term labour. Any thoughts and experiences would be very much appreciated. Tia

Baby might have hiccups? I had this and it feels like a twitch

@battery powered hen I can feel the lil fella kicking & moving but these spasm type feelings are more one sided just above my pelvic bone area on the left side. Just a really odd feeling. This is my 5th pregnancy but 3rd to have come this far and only have the one child. But have never or don't recall ever feeling anything like this....maybe just me overthinking things

Id have a guess at hiccups but no expert. This is my 3rd baby and he's the same, will be kicking and then get hiccups and it's a weird sensation
