Does this look like a labour contraction pattern or false labour?

For the last two hours it's been the same

Doesn't matter if I lie down but much worse if I walk around.

BUT only over thr lower half of my bump not radiating down from the top.

Lots of backache all day....

You wouldn't think this was DC4 I should
Know this stuff by now

Sounds like it to me. My contractions were only ever low down. Good luck!

All my pain was low down. Didn't ever go to the top of my bump. Plus I also didn't feel my bump go hard although the midwife could?

I'm the same as 5years all of my pain was low down and couldn't feel my bump go hard at all, I had lots of lower back pain but baby was back-to-back but he soon spun around.
