20 week scan ?

Now I'm worrying about getting my 20 week scan. I'm 15 weeks with a 1 in 20 chance of downs only, according to the nuchal fold scan and blood screen.
If they find any anomolies do they tell you there and then ?

Yes. To the best of my knowledge, even if you've declined testing, if the sonographer spots an anomaly they must tell you.
Did you decline amnio? Have they mentioned anything they are concerned about?
