Gestational sac no yolk sac 8+4

I have been for an early scan today after a fall at work and my dates make me 8+4 but I only have a gestational sac and nothing else they said I could be a lot earlier than expected and to come back in 2weeks for another scan, I am worried sick, surely there should be something in there? They said everything looks mormal and my sac measured 11.5mm and no sign of bleeding. I need some reassureance before I drive myself crazy

I am def about the date of my last period as I always put it in my phone, as for ovulation that's the uncertain bit. I had a positive Preg test 4th March

I had that. Turns out I ovulated three days before my period date and am now 13 weeks and all looks good.

Thanks Ladylily29 that makes me feel loads better. I haven't stopped crying all day I have it in my head I have No baby but I'll try and keep positive

It is possible that your dates are wrong. I was in the same situation and everything turned out fine. Have they done any blood tests?

Hophop987 no they haven't done any blood test. I had to give a urine sample but that was it. What would a blood test show up??
