Im 38+2 weeks pregnant, I have both mine and my babys bags packed, but I want to make sure I have everything that im supposed to have. I have planned to have a water birth , so what kind of things would people suggest? also how many baby grows, vests, nappies, wipes etc would baby need?
Thanks everyone

It might be worth having a labour and ward bag rather than a baby bag and me bag.
So labour bag;
bikini top/something for the pool
towel
snacks and drinks
loose nightie (with boob access if your going to bf)
zip lock bag with a nappy, scratch mits, vest and baby grow-so baby's first outfit
camera, phones, any music, money
Fan, massager/tennis ball
Wash bag- just soap, 2in1 shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush and paste
your notes

Ward bag;
Lots of big black knickers
Lots of maternity pads
nighties (another 2 maybe), dressing gown (just a thin one hospitals are hot), slippers and socks.
More snacks and drinks
Wash bag- perhaps some nicer stuff, shower get and body lotion, fresh towel
pack of new born nappies
3 vests and 3 sleep suits
cotton wool (pads are better than balls) and little tub.
If you're planning to bf Lansinoh and breast pads

Then have a supply of maternity pads and stuff at home that can be brought in if you need it.
