Oh my goodness. I am SO SAD right now.
I haven't been suffering from morning sickness (touch wood), just exhaustion. Then a nasty cold. Nasty cold has almost gone and the exhaustion has gotten loads better. I'm currently 8 weeks.
I am struggling to find something tasty to eat in the evenings. I really want to eat healthily but my body just wants BREAD! And hot cross buns Easter Grin

Anyone else got the blues? What are you doing to combat them? I know it's hormones but I still feel rubbish.

Workmates are also being unhelpful "oh, ANOTHER thing because you're pregnant?!"... Eugh.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I too have the blues some days. I figure that my hormone levels must be higher some days more than other days. I feel weird like nothing feels right, food is different and sleep is different. I have been suffering from morning sickness but that seems to have subsided a bit now, thank god.

Try to keep busy I find it helps keep my mind off feeling down. Meet with friends that also helps me.

Chin up it will pass.

Is it your first pregnancy? Xx

It is, yes... Can you tell?! Easter Confused

Keeping busy is good... My job sometimes means that I have a lot of time to think whilst I'm working so I find it difficult keeping my mind occupied...

OP- I could have written this post!

I am nearly 12 weeks and I really bad blues around week 8, for weeks now all I could eat was bread and butter and couldn't even keep my pre-natal vitamins down!
I work from home too so I have loads of time alone just thinking about things..

I try to see friends, family and I try and line up music to listen to or films to watch to make me feel good while I work :)

xx

I hear you! Coming up to 8 weeks, and over the moon to be expecting ... But I just feel so mopey. Touch wood I've not been too sick, just very queasy and a little dizzy and utterly exhausted!
I'm a keen runner, but have zero energy to get out of the door and all I want is carbs (Maccy D's & pizza!) ... Resulting in very tight uncomfy clothes (too early for maternity wear surely ...?)

Seeking comfort from the ladies on here who say it gets better after 12/13 weeks ... Here's hoping!

So glad I'm not alone!
I'm a horse rider, have two dogs and a sometimes very physical job... And I can barely go for anything more than a walk on my gorgeous pony... Boobs are far too sore Easter Grin

I'm hoping the magical second trimester will be as wonderful as people make it out to be! And where's this pregnancy glow people talk about?! My skins gone super oily... Is that it?! Lol
