does something happen at 7 weeks? 3x bleeds

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and about 7 weeks. Last night I had a small bleed Inc a little clot and thought it was curtains. It might still be as I haven't had it checked, just had a day on the sofa.

The thing that is giving us hope is that iny last 2 pregnancies at around this time I also had a bleed and did the whole EPU and early scan thing and it was all OK.

Is this a thing?

(Can I be optimistic that it was OK twice so it might be this time?)

Could it be implantation bleeding? I had a small bleed with 2nd pg and all was well.

I had bleeding in my first pg & then again this time round at around 6 weeks. All was fine both times. I think some of us just have a sensitive cervix etc.

Thanks both! I think it is late for implantation bleeding. But I will try to remain optimistic

I remember my midwife telling me that it is common for women to bleed around the time their second period is due. As the baby at this point is only taking up a tiny part of the uterus. So the other part can still bleed a bit around this time
